This page outlines the licensing terms and conditions for all HTML templates and website themes sold on ThemesMaster. By purchasing or downloading any theme from our platform, you agree to comply with the following licensing rules.

We currently offer two types of licenses for our themes:

• Standard (Single Use) License – Ideal for personal or one-time commercial use.
• Extended (Multi-Use) License – Suitable for use on multiple projects or for client work.

With a Standard License, you are granted the non-exclusive right to use the theme for a single website, either for personal or commercial purposes.

Permitted:

• Use on one domain/project
• Modify the code, design, or layout for your own use

Not Permitted:

• Reselling or redistributing the template
• Using the same template on multiple client sites
• Sharing download links publicly or privately

The Extended License allows you to use the template on multiple domains or for client projects. However, it still does not allow reselling or sublicensing of the original files.

Permitted:

• Use in unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Use for multiple clients (if not redistributed)
• Customization and integration into web apps or CMS

Not Permitted:

• Selling the theme as-is on other marketplaces
• Bundling the theme with other products for resale
• Claiming ownership of the original design

Some templates on ThemesMaster may be offered for free. These items are still protected by copyright and are limited to personal/non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

All themes, code, images, and design elements remain the intellectual property of ThemesMaster. You may not claim ownership of any part of the original files even after customization.

Licensed users receive access to updates for the theme they purchased. Free technical support is included for 6 months from the purchase date under both license types.

Violating the terms of this license may result in termination of access to your purchased files and legal action if necessary. We reserve the right to update our licensing policy at any time.
